These terms and conditions govern the provision of plumbing and heating services by Quadrant Plumbing Solutions ("QPS", "we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All quotations provided by QPS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of the survey and may be subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was originally discussed.
Any additional work required beyond the original quotation will be discussed and agreed with you before being carried out.
Payment terms will be agreed before work commences and outlined on your quotation or invoice. For larger projects, staged payments may be required.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payments.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a call-out charge to cover costs already incurred.
If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be liable for the cost of those materials if you cancel after they have been purchased.
All work carried out by QPS is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion, covering defects in workmanship.
Boiler installations may carry an extended manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. We will register the warranty on your behalf upon completion.
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or general wear and tear.
QPS is Gas Safe registered for all gas-related work. Our Gas Safe registration number is available upon request. We are also accredited Vaillant approved installers.
QPS holds comprehensive public liability insurance. Details and proof of insurance are available upon request.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is to be carried out. If access is restricted or conditions on site differ from those discussed at the time of quotation, we reserve the right to adjust the price or reschedule the work.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property during the work and will leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
Our liability for any claim arising from work carried out is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your plumbing, heating system or property that may become apparent during or after our work.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We take all complaints seriously and will work to find a fair resolution.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
