When we arrive, we will assess the situation, explain the problem clearly and get it resolved as efficiently as possible. We carry common parts and materials so most emergency repairs can be completed in a single visit.
Emergency call-outs are charged at an hourly rate rather than a fixed quote, as the scope of the work is often unclear until we are on site. Our rates are transparent: £150 + VAT per hour during standard hours and £200 + VAT per hour out of hours, plus any materials required.
