We work on a fixed-price basis for all planned work. That means no open-ended hourly rates, no watching the clock, and no bill shock at the end. You know what you are paying before we pick up a tool.
Once we understand the scope of work - either through a site visit or from photos and videos you send us - we prepare a detailed quote via Xero. The quote clearly outlines the work being carried out and the total cost. You accept it to get the job booked in, and that is the price you pay.
We operate on a 15-30% markup on all materials supplied by QPS, depending on the size of the job. This is clearly set out in the quote so there are no surprises. Payment is taken on completion of the work. For larger projects over £10,000, we offer a staged payment plan so costs are spread across the duration of the job.
Emergency call-outs are same-day where possible. For all non-emergency work, we provide a fixed-price quote in advance.

For larger or more complex jobs, we will visit the property to assess the work. For smaller jobs, photos and a conversation are often enough.
